Training Intensities – A table summarizing generalized training intensities, their physiological benefits, and example workouts.

Intensity-Metabolism Chart – A chart indicating the rough correlation between training intensity and fuel metabolism from various sources (plasma glucose, muscle glycogen, free-fatty acids and muscle triglycerides). The chart is a generalization and may vary with different athletes or different circumstances (e.g. states of fatigue or fuel deprivation).
